3 – Making false or misleading claims about Hero Brands products is strictly prohibited.
4 – No negative or scare tactics are allowed in marketing. This includes words like ‘scam,’ ‘exposed,’ or similar negative language.
5 – Email spam is not permitted. Emails must only be sent to opt-in lists and be CAN-SPAM compliant.
6 – Affiliates may not copy, transcribe, or use in any format any videos or parts of videos found on this website. This also applies to any before or after photos on this website or within any videos.
7 – All images on this website are copyrighted property and can only be used by affiliates in promoting Hero Brands products. Any other use is prohibited.
8 – Affiliates may not link customers directly to a checkout page. Customers must go through the proper promotional channels to landing pages on this website.
9 – Affiliates agree to indemnify Hero Brands from any legal actions arising from violation or alleged violation of these terms. Compliance and legal review of all advertising is the sole responsibility of the affiliate.
Any affiliate caught violating these terms will be immediately banned and may face legal action. Reinstatement is not an option.

Payment Terms?
We offer Net 30 for payments. We will entertain net 15 and net 7 with prior approval and volume, reach out to your affiliate manager for more details.
Can I promote outside of the listed traffic channels?
Any promotion outside of the allowed traffic channels is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination of your affiliate account with us. We will only consider traffic sources outside of what we allow on a case by case basis and with supporting documentation.
